Channel Borrowing Project Based on Surplus Value

The problem of channel choice is investigated from the point of view of the users’ benefit function and a novel solution is proposed. When users possess a channel, the minimum-lending-priority channel is assigned from nominal channel in one’s own cell firstly. If there is no vacancy, it is borrowed from the neighborhood cells. When users release channel, the minimum cost function channel is chosen. Nash equilibrium and Stackelberg strategy of the game theory are employed to lead the users to choose the maximal surplus value scheme. This decision and control scheme can not only enhance channel utilization and reduce the blocking rate, but also guarantee the satisfied surplus value.
